My Fitness Pal

Ok so this is ending the 9th week of running at Hargus. Making some progress as far as being a better runner-but I haven't had any weight loss. This is slightly bothersome to me. Frustrating would be the better word for it. Jon has lost 10+ pounds. I hate men. BUT-I'm not gonna let this deter me. The problem is that my metabolism has skyrocketed with all of this running which means I'm eating a lot more to stay full. I don't want to do WW again at this point because it's very difficult to do WW while exercising so much. So-I am giving My Fitness Pal a try. It's a great free program that you can get onto online or through your phone or in my case-Itouch. You enter your information and goals and it gives you the calorie intake of protein, fat, carbs that you need daily and you can track your food and exercise in the Diary they provide online. You can also make this handy little weight  tracker ticker.

Other than that, I only have a few other updates. Fall is seriously here and I'm loving it. Jon and I ran the entire Hargus trail without much walking at all! Pretty proud of myself. I RE-painted my book shelf in my bedroom. I painted 2 of my walls again---so now 2 are gray and 2 are white. I have my bookshelf full of all my new decor I bought awhile back FINALLY. I'll try to post some pics soon. Clippers game this weekend! Very excited.
