This weekend was simply splendid. The sun was shining so bright & we hit a high of 85 degrees on Sunday. I got all my errands done on Saturday which meant Sunday was completely dedicated to sun bathing. Kate and I found GREAT retro lawn chairs at the local thrift store-Clothes Gallery. $2.99 a piece. I am definitely excited to get into thrifting after the last couple of deals we've found. We also found these great dog treats at a local pet store. They were from St Patty's day so the lady gave them to us for a quarter each! I got some reading done while laying out. Not making as much progress as I'd like to on my books, but my trip this weekend will give me some time to get some solid reading hours in. I also bought 4 bottles of Dove spray for $1 at a garage sale & viewed a small efficiency apt for $300 a month! Great dealssss all the way around this weekend. I have a busy week ahead so let's see how it goes! Ended the weekend with a cook out of chicken and hot dogs and mac salad. Delicious! For dessert, we walked to Scoops to meet some other friends and enjoy the weather. O and I dyed my hair-let me know what you think from the pic I posted! More to come!
